Dr. Suzanne Seto
Suzanne is Executive Advisor and Managing Director, Blue Swan Advisory. She brings extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of governance, risk management, and compliance from global organizations in the automotive industry, working across multiple jurisdictions, including North America, Europe, and Asia.
Suzanne’s primary areas of focus include GRC strategy; restructuring initiatives and transformation strategies; implementation; Sarbanes-Oxley Sections 302 and 404; ethics and compliance reviews and assessments; fraud risk assessment; internal audit; special investigations; and other areas related to business strategy and operations.
Suzanne has over 15 years’ financial services experience from major organizations in Canada. Prior to working at Blue Swan Advisory, she held many senior management roles at Honda Canada Finance, Honda Canada, VW Credit/ Audi Finance, and BMW, MINI and Rolls Royse Financial Services. She served as Volkswagen’s Compliance Officer in Canada for all regulatory compliance and other high profile matters. Suzanne’s diverse experiences give her a unique perspective.
Suzanne received a Doctor of Philosophy in International Business Management from the International School of Management in Paris, France. She is a Certified Public Accountant (US), and has BA in economics from Wilfried Laurier University. Suzanne’s professional affiliation includes American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Dr. Kunle O’Emmanuel
Kunle supports organizations with tailored solutions to improve compliance, IT governance, including cybersecurity and controls. He has supported several organizations across several geographies, including the Americas, EMEA and Asia. Kunle has over 20 years experience in accounting, enterprise-wide systems implementations governance, IT Audit, internal audit, cybersecurity, IT general controls, IT application controls, IT risk assessments, IT processes, business continuity, disaster recovery, SOX/Bill 198, and operational experience.
He has performed several investigations mandated by audit committee and CEO. He is seen as a highly valued advisory partner with deep knowledge and subject matter expertise.
Clients serviced include CIBC, Hitachi, President’s Choice Bank, Loblaw, Zenon Environmental (GE), CI Financial, Honda Canada Financial Services, Honda Canada, MDS, California Closets, First Service and IAM Gold. Vendors assessed include Equifax, TransUnion, Iron Mountain, Dealers, First Data, and Experian.
A former Ernst & Young employee, he is an Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Business Systems Analyst (BSA), Certified Risk and Information Systems Controls (CRISC), holding a Doctor of Philosophy in Theology, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
As a non-working Director of Blue Swan Advisory, Kunle supports the expert delivery of various Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) projects with excellence.
